SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We pack and ship each order with care from our studio in Tel Aviv, Israel. Whether local or international, we aim to make sure your items arrive safely and as quickly as possible.

  • Local orders are shipped via UPS.

  • International orders are shipped via EcoPost or EMS Airmail and include tracking numbers.

  • Shipping costs are calculated by weight and destination during checkout.

  • For express shipping or custom requests, feel free to reach out: info@absobjects.com.

  • Studio pickup is available in Tel Aviv—just select this option at checkout.

Production & Processing Time

  • Most items are made to order and take up to 15 business days to produce.

  • Orders are shipped as soon as ready.

  • Please note: Due to the ongoing situation in Israel, some delays may occur in local and international shipping. These are unfortunately beyond our control and we appreciate your understanding.

Customs & Import Duties

  • International buyers may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or other taxes according to their country’s regulations.

  • ABS Objects is not responsible for these charges, and they are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • Shipping to the USA – Important Update

    Starting August 29, 2025, the United States Customs Authority will apply a 15% import duty on all shipments from Israel to the USA, regardless of the order value.

    This means that customers in the USA may be required to pay an additional 15% customs fee upon arrival of their package. The fee is calculated based on the total value of the goods in your order.

    Please note:

    • Customs duties are collected directly by U.S. Customs and are the responsibility of the customer.

    • Delivery times may be longer than usual due to the new customs clearance process.

    • We recommend keeping this in mind when placing your order.

    We will continue to provide updates if there are any further changes in regulations.

  • Age and Payment
    Purchases made on this website using a credit card are the sole responsibility of the customer. By placing an order, the customer confirms that they are at least 18 years old and legally authorized to use the chosen payment method.

    Made-to-Order Products
    The majority of products offered on this website are made-to-order. Production begins only after the order is placed and confirmed. Please allow sufficient time for production and shipping as stated in the product description and checkout.

    Use of Products
    All products are intended for use as described. The studio shall not be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or use of products in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.

    Privacy Policy

    Newsletter & Communication
    Email addresses provided for newsletter subscriptions will be used solely for communications related to the studio, including information about workshops, exhibitions, sales, new products, and other studio updates.

    Data Protection
    We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Your data will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties, except where required by law.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Every item at ABS Objects is handmade and one-of-a-kind, and small variations are part of their charm and uniqueness.

  • If you experience any issue, please contact us at info@absobjects.com within 10 working days of receiving your item.

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted upon approval only. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned via insured, trackable mail.

  • Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.

  • We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

  • Refunds (excluding shipping fees) will be processed once the item is received in good condition.

  • Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.

  • Cancellations requested over 24 hours after purchase will incur an 8% processing fee.

  • All returns and cancellations follow the Consumer Protection Law (1981) and 2010 amendment.

FINAL SALE

  • Items marked as Final Sale or offered at a special discount are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

  • Mugs and cups are not included in the final sale policy.

  • All discounted items are made to order and shipped within 14 business days.

CURRENCY & BROWSING

  • Our site displays prices in your local currency based on your IP address.

  • A temporary session cookie stores this preference to improve your browsing experience.

CERAMIC CARE

Each ABS Objects piece is made by hand in our Tel Aviv studio using high-quality stoneware, fired at 1200°C.

  • Expect slight variations in shape, glaze, and color—these are signs of the object’s handmade nature.

  • Handle ceramics with care, especially delicate parts like handles and rings.

  • All ceramics are food safe.

  • Hand wash only. Avoid dishwashers.

  • Do not place ceramics on open flames or stovetops.

  • Suitable for microwave and oven heating.

  • Unglazed areas may absorb natural pigments (coffee, tea, spices).

  • Use items only for their intended purpose.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 10 working days at info@absobjects.com with a clear photo. We'll do our best to make it right.
