SHIPPING

Please note that there might be delays with worldwide shipping because of the lack of flights caused by Covid Omicron variant. Shipping to Australia in particular might take long time.

We ship locally via the Israeli Postal service and worldwide via Ecopost/ EMS Airmail using a tracking number. Shipping costs are calculated by weight individually upon checkout. For express shipping options please contact us at: info@absobjects.com. Foe local pick-up please choose this option upon checkout. 
Most of our items are made to order, and may take up to 12 working days to produce, however in most cases the items will be ready sooner.  Shipping from Israel may take up to 20 working days, although it usually arrives faster. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Please note that the essence of a handmade product is that it doesn't look machine made and every piece is unique. If you experience any problems with a piece you have purchased, please contact us via email - info@absobjects.com and we will resolve it in any way we can. We accept returns/exchanges within 10 business days of receipt of your package upon approval by ABS Objects. The item must be returned in its original packaging and conditions via registered insured mail. The customer is responsible for return shipping. We recommend that any return made to us will be fully insured and via a carrier that provides tracking information. In the event that a returned package is lost or damaged during the shipment back, we will not be able to refund you. Once we have received the item(s) we will refund the cost of the item(s). Shipping charges will not be refunded. When customers ask for a refund via credit card after 24h from placing the order, they will be charge with 8% refund fee. We only refund to the credit card/Paypal account that was used to place the order.

By using our website, you (the visitor) agree to allow third parties to process your IP address, in order to determine your location for the purpose of currency conversion.
