Tea Time Session
Tea elaboration between ceramic designer Avi Ben Shoshan and pastry chef Michal Bouton, this project was part of the Vibe Israel tour during Jerusalem Design Week.
Together, we hosted an experiential afternoon for international journalists—an experimental culinary session exploring global tea-time traditions. Through a journey of tasting, testing, and observation, we reimagined the ritual of tea drinking by combining contemporary ceramics with refined pastries.
We crafted unique ceramic tableware for the event, designed to challenge and expand the conventional boundaries of how tea is served and enjoyed. The collaboration reflects a multidisciplinary approach where design and gastronomy meet, creating a meaningful and sensorial experience.
