Sake Set Collaboration

This handcrafted sake set was created in collaboration with Matsu Midori, a traditional Japanese sake brewery, as part of a design and culture initiative by Tokyo Design Art, 2019.

The collection includes stoneware sake jugs and cups, merging Japanese ritual with contemporary ceramic design. Drawing inspiration from Japanese aesthetics of simplicity and restraint, the forms offer a quiet elegance while reflecting the tactile, earthy quality of handmade clay.

This cross-cultural dialogue explores the harmony between Japanese craftsmanship and Israeli material sensibility, inviting a meditative drinking experience rooted in tradition and shared artistry.
